Ohio Green Party Files Ballot Access Lawsuit

It looks good for Cynthia McKinney getting on the ballot in Ohio.
Ballot Access News is reporting that the Ohio court hearing this
case has recently put the Libertarian and Socialist parties on
the ballot in similar cases.
