Registration Volunteer Training:

This is your friendly reminder that we are running three back-to-back registration trainings tomorrow at Cobo Hall. (see below for times) If you are planning to volunteer at registration at any point this week, please come and bring anyone else you know who can make it. Please do your best to get as many people as possible plugged into these trainings so that we can plug you right in when you show up for your shift.

If you are attending one of the Monday trainings and you have a laptop, please bring it with you to the training.

If you can't make it on Monday, please come to one of the other times we have orientations set throughout the week, before you do your shift. If you absolutely cannot make it to any of these training times, we will train you when you show up at the start of your shift, but we strongly encourage you to attend a training during one of the times listed below so that we can streamline this process as much as possible.

Training Times:
* Monday: 10am, 11am, 12pm. Meet at the location we are calling "Registration 2" which is against the glass walls to the outside, across from Oakland Hall.
* Tuesday: 7am -- Meet outside Macomb Hall
* Wednesday: 8am, 5pm -- Meet outside Macomb Hall
* Thursday: 8am, 5pm -- Meet outside Macomb Hall
* Friday: 8am -- Meet outside Macomb Hall

People's Media Center Training:

There will be a meeting for the People's Media Center *in* the PMC
itself on Tuesday, June 22, at 10am. This meeting will be to go
over info desk training and procedures,
workshops/tutorials/skillshares (and how to promote them), and
general PMC processes. Please come if at all possible!
