The Herald-Palladium, an online newspaper covering southwestern Michigan, borrowing heavily from the Green Party of Michigan press release at http://www.migreens.org/press/pr080731.htm, highlights the reason Rev. Pinkney's probabation and home arrest turned into hard jail time: he wrote an article in a real newspaper and quoted the Bible.
